Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. Elson, who began in acting as a young model/actress and then as professional actress, is probably most well-known for her role in the role of Alice Tyler as seen on CBS's science-fiction drama series. Andrea won the role of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) after she auditioned. Andrea continued working for a long time on different successful TV shows and Movies of the Week before leaving the entertainment business in order to spend time with her children. Andrea Elson's role as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter was a difficult one for her. The media reported in 2000 that she was struggling to grow as an actress before the audience of sitcoms. Born on the 6th of March 1969 in New York City, this green-eyed actor grew up travelling because of her father's job in advertising. Before turning 10 Andrea had lived at New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea was able to find an agent located in San Diego and won her audition to play the role she wanted for her debut. Fusco explained the decision in saying "ALF has 285 years, so he is an adult who is able to drink alcohol." ALF became more and increasingly popular with children and so NBC advised Fusco that he shouldn't drink because kids were watching. ALF is not a good example to follow. Fusco was of the opinion that ALF was mature enough to not drink and drive was wrong. His lymphoma was first diagnosed in the year 1995. He underwent successful treatment and went into complete remission through the year 2019. In Englewood New York, at Lillian Booth Actors Home on the 26th June, in 2019, the actor aged 75 was diagnosed with cancer and passed away.
